We are a Year 4 class of trapeze-artists, balancing our learning. Our teacher, Miss Irvine (a bit of a clown!) helps us learn and practise new things until we don't wobble anymore. We look forward to sharing our learning journey with you.

The Moon - 9 August
Today we learnt about the moon. We now know:
After acting out the rotations of the moon, we watched this video:
Miss Irvine found this cool rap - some of the information isn't very accurate, but it's fun!
- We have one moon and we can only see one side of it
- The moon orbits earth
- It takes 28 days
- The moon reflects light from the sun
- When parts of the moon are in shade we can't see those parts - that's why the moon sometimes looks different
- There are 8 phases of the moon
